For 4 people
3 grapefruits
1 orange
1 lemon
4 large lettuce leaves
14 pink shrimps
4 celery leaves
Fresh mintPeel the grapefruits and oranges and remove the skin from the segments.
Place the peeled segments in a salad bowl.
Peel the shrimp and slice them in half.
Add the shrimp to the citrus fruit. Keep in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the celery and mint leaves and arrange them onto the salad.
Place the lettuce leaves onto little dessert plates.
Top with the shrimp and citrus fruit preparation, drizzle some lemon juice on it all, add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.Enjoy your meal!
